Build on Proximity
Real-time webhooks for booking lifecycle events let you integrate Proximity with your CRM, analytics, billing, and any tool that accepts HTTP callbacks.
Scheduling data lives in a silo
When a meeting is booked, your CRM should know. When it's cancelled, your billing system should update. When it's completed, your follow-up sequence should start. But if your scheduling tool can't talk to your other systems, you're left copying data manually or building brittle integrations.
Event-driven integrations via webhooks
Proximity fires real-time webhooks for every booking lifecycle event: created, rescheduled, cancelled, and completed. Each webhook delivers a rich JSON payload with all booking details, allowing your systems to react instantly without polling.
Key Capabilities
How It Works
Add a webhook URL
In Settings > Webhooks, add the URL where Proximity should send event data.
Choose events
Select which booking events trigger the webhook: created, rescheduled, cancelled, or completed.
Test the connection
Send a test payload to verify your endpoint receives and processes the data correctly.
Go live
Enable the webhook. Every matching event will now send real-time data to your system.
API access without enterprise lock-in
Most competitors gate webhooks and API access behind their highest-tier plans. Proximity includes webhooks on the Teams plan at $12/seat/month, making integrations accessible to growing organizations.
